Meezan Bank announces the 2nd batch of its CA Trainee Program. The Meezan Bank is offering training opportunities for Chartered Accountants of Pakistan ICAP students through its Meezan Pro League (MPL) program, known as the CA Trainee Program.
This program is designed to provide students with hands-on experience in various specialized areas such as finance, Audit & Business Risk Review, Risk Management, and Compliance. The program is based in Karachi, but is open to applicants from across Pakistan.
To be eligible for the CA Trainee Program, individuals must be qualified CAFs (Certified in Accounting and Finance) or have received an exemption from ICAP (FTS-21 and above are preferred). They must also have a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance with a first division from an HEC-recognized university or institution.
Additionally, applicants must be 26 years of age or younger as of December 31, 2022. However, there are a few exceptions to this age requirement. Individuals who have completed their Dars e Nizami/Shahadat ul Alamiyah from an HEC-recognized board, those who are Hafiz e Quran, and differently-abled persons are eligible to receive two years of age relaxation.
